4.6. Adding an address to a company
As you can seen in the upper left part of the menu, there is an option called 'New Address'. The same speech I gave about addresses and locations is relevant here. So where it says Address you can often think of it as another location for this company. When we click on the 'New Address' link we are taken to the screen as shown in the next picture.

Most fields shown are self-explanatory so I wont go into their respective use. Since this is an elaborate demo I will fill this screen with some dummy data (not my real phone number off course to prevent the occasional prank call) and click on the 'Enter' button next to the 'Changes OK?' text. Do not make the mistake of using the 'Enter' button below the add URL fields because that wont make the address changes permanent. After clicking on the right button you will see the screen shown in the next picture.

Like with adding an address/location there is a subtle difference from the earlier screen. The data is still shown and easy to change, but a 'permissions' link appears in the upper right corner if the screen and in the upper left part of the menu the name of the address/location appears with a 'Change' and 'Delete' link below.
