11.1. Introduction

Almost on every detail screen of the TUTOS you'll find this option; 'Create a note'. It is almost a decease so often as you can find this option stuck somewhere in the upper left part of the menu. But what a gem it is in practice. It gives you the ability to store bits of information with almost every other entity in the TUTOS system. Need to store information about a visit to a customer? Stick a note onto his company details page. Need to make a remark about a person that could be useful to others (like the way he or she likes to be confronted)? Stick a note onto this persons details screen. In the next section we will give you a short lesson in handling notes.
