This page gives a form you have to fill in order to make a new appointment or to modify an already existing appointment.

What you can insert here

• 开始日期 / 开始时间
  Fill/Select these fields to enter the starttime of the appointment. If the appointment is over a whole day without a designated time you can leave the time fields and select ignore above times below the time fields. Clicking on "help" will give you a small popup for faster date selection.
• 完成日期 / 完成时间
  Please take care that the End time is after start time. TUTOS will inform you if not so.
• 位置
  Does the Appointment take place at your office or not ? Select the approbiate field.
• 内容
  Give a short description of the appointment. Be aware that the text is shown in the calendar sheet and will disturb the appearance if too long.
• 目的地 / 访客
  If you visit another person, company or department that is already in the TUTOS database, you can type in the name (or part of it). The system will find it or give you a list to select from.
• 产品
  If the appointment you enter is related to a product or project managed by TUTOS, then you can enter the name (or part of it) of that product or project . The system will find it or give you a list to select from.
• 参与者
  You see a list of users and teams. This are all teams where you are a member and all users of these teams. Your own name is preselected.
  You can enter multiple participants.
• 谁可更改或删除
  Make a selection to tell TUTOS who you like to be able to change or delte this appointment.
• 记录参与者能否出席
  If you are not sure if all selected participants will commit to your appointment, you can select this button. Users will have the possibility to vote (YES/NO/???) for this appointment.
• check participants
  Check this if the appointment should only be created when all participants and resources are free.
• 以电邮邀请
  All participants will receive a email invitation.

  All participants will get a reminder email
