加入文件 / 更改文件

This page gives a form you have to fill in order to give a document to TUTOS for further management.

What you can insert here

• 文件名称
  This is the name of the Document which you will see later. This name together with the Version will identify you document in TUTOS.
• 版本
  This is a free usable version number or string.
• 参考
  Each Document references to a product or project. This reference is automatically ionserted and maintained.
• 作者
  You can enter the name of the author. This name must be in the addressbook. Leaving this field blank will insert you own name.
• 旧有名称
  When you enter a new document to the system you have to enter the local filename and path here. If you modify a documents entry you can leave this field empty.
• 版本
  On creation time you may select the type of versioning TUTOS will do with the documents.

  None	old files are substituted by new ones
  TUTOS	old files are simply copied away
  RCS	old files are stored in the RCS version system (if available)

  The selection of the verioning system can happen only at the first insert !
• Versioning (at modify only)
  You can ask TUTOS to overwrite the current file with a new one (entered in the filed above) or to save the old file using the previous selected mechanism.
• Locking
  A user can lock a file. Locked files are only available to that user for updates. Download are still possible for allowed users.
