Appointments

What do you see here

• for....
  The person or team of which you display the appointments.
  You can select another source of information by clicking on the GO Button.
  
• the calendar sheet
  for each week you see a row with the week number and one field for each day in the week. Week start with Monday and end on Sunday. The color gives you information about public holidays and Sundays.
  Day filed may contain single calendar entries. These entries consit of up to six different informations.
  
  • Time
    The time when this appointments happens.
    

    ®	this is a repeating appointment
    >><<	all the day / no time given
    HH:MM	start time and end time are the same
    HH:MM - HH:MM	start time and end time are one the same day
    HH:MM - >>	starts here and goes on to the next day
    << - HH:MM	ends here and starts before
    << - >>	starts before and ends after

    You can click on the time information to get more information or change the appointment (if allowed).
  • Location
    Informs you where the appointment takes place. This could be Office or Out.
  • Participants
    A list of all participants. A participant is a individual person or a team. Participants must be TUTOS Users. If appointment voting was selected at appointment creation time, a vote link is also displayed.
    You can click on the participants name to see more information on the user or team.
    Clicking on the vote link takes you to a appointment vote page.

    if the appointment is related to a project or product you will find the link to that project here.
    A click takes you to the product information page.

What you can do here

• navigation line
  on top of the calendar sheet you find a navigation line.
  Click on a field to go forward or backward.
  
• crate new appointments
  Click on a day entry (DD/MM/YYYY) on top of a calendar day field or click on the link in the navigation line.
  
• see a weekly calendar
  Click on a week number (first column in the calendar sheet) to go to a weekly display weekly calendar.
