Permit/Endorsement Detail

This page shows all available information related to a product or project.

What do you see here

  • Permit/Endorsement
    This is the name of the Product or Project (up to 40 Characters)
  • Number
    This is the version of the Product or Project (up to 20 Characters).
    You'll need versions if you work with software projects.
  • Status
    Here you see the state of the project. There are currently these states defined.
    • Pre-Evaluacion
    • Evaluacion
    • Solicitud de Informacion Adicional al Proponente
    • Referido a unidades de apoyo tecnico
    • Recomendacion Tecnica
    • Revision Gerencial de Recomendacion
    • Otorgado/Endosado
    • Denegado/No Endosado
    • Certificado
    • Archivado
  • Probability
    You may need this to hold information about the probability of a acquisition to become a real project.
    You can enter a percentage value.
  • Roles
    TUTOS supports some roles that people and other projects could have here project.
    People could have these roles:
    • Funcionario de Secretaria
    • Director Division/Negociado/Regional
    • Secretario Auxiliar/SubSecretario/Secretario
    • Peticionario/Dueno
    • Funcionario Administrativo
    • Agencias Gubernamentales
    • Agencia Proponente/Comentadora
    • Tecnico Evaluador/Asesor
    • Constructor/Desarollador/Profesional
    other projects could have these roles:
    • P/E Base
    • P/E Ancestor
    • P/E Succesor
    • P/E Sub
  • Project Name / Exact Location / Description
    TUTOS supports three lines of description. You can use these fields for whatever you like.
    i.e. Descriptions or internal account numbers or additional names.
  • Price
    This could be the price a customer has to pay. Or your internal price for creation of the product or project.
  • Cost
    This could be the costs you have to invest to make that product/project.
  • est. start
    The calculated starttime of the project
  • est. end
    The calculated endtime of the project
  • File Path
    This is a URL (outside of TUTOS) where more information about the Project could be found.
    That could be something like file:\\Server\share\path_to_project or a CVS webpath. You can click on this entry and something useful should happen.
  • Mailbox
    A list of mailboxes related to this project.
  • Administrative Actions
    The number of installations this product has seen.
    TUTOS maintains a list of all installations of a product. Click on the number to see an overview of these installations.
    You'll see nothing if there are no installations.
  • Incidents
    a summary of bugs defined in this project/product
  • Links
    This is a list of links related to this product.
    You'll see nothing if there are no urls.
  • Related Appointments
    A (shortend) list of appointments related to this product.
  • Notes
    A list of notes related to this project
  • Documents
    A list of files related to this project
  • Resources
    A list of resources that where used for this project

  • A (shortend) list of tasks entered for this project.
  • Effort
    A summary of time spent by TUTOS users for this project
