Regulations for the Administration of uses through Authorizations and Concessions in Protected Natural Areas, 2010

Pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 23 of June 20, 1972, as amended, known as the Organic Act of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources; of Law No. 170 of August 12, 1988, as amended, known as the Act of Uniform Administrative Procedures; and of Law No. 133 of June 1, 1975, as amended, known as the Puerto Rico Forest Act; the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DNER) has the intent of implementing the Regulations for the administration of uses through authorizations and concessions in Protected Natural Areas, 2010 and revoking Regulations No. 7241 of November 2, 2006.
