12.1. Introduction

So far you have learned a lot about TUTOS. But guess what, there is still more! This chapter deals with a project and task related thing called the 'Timetrack'. A timetrack is a TUTOS term for an amount of time spent on a certain task or project. Timetracks are the thing that a manager would like to see from his people and who's individual total should exceed 40 workhours every week. But off course there is the occasional mishap that takes up time but is hardly billable (or you think it still is billable although that would be morally wrong). And certain types of work have their own pricetag associated with them. Well, don't despair because that is all possible with TUTOS and is also very easy.

One of the things you have to keep in mind though is that it does ask people to be aware of their own value. There is no manager involved in setting the pricetag on certain hours (although the financial department does have its final say in the matter).
