Los botes de alquiler (pesca, buceo y paseo) mejor conocidos como “chárter” son una excelente manera de disfrutar de la naturaleza en el agua. Como cualquier otro comercio estas actividades requieren diversos permisos para poder efectuarse Esto garantiza que estén en cumplimiento con las leyes y regulaciones y que sus clientes reciban una experiencia, legal, segura y sustentable.
En el caso de las operaciones de botes de alquiler en la Isla; estas están sujetas a las Regulaciones del Departamento de Recursos Naturales y Ambientales, la Compañía de Turismo, la Guardia Costanera entre otros. Dependiendo de la actividad que lleve a cabo en su embarcación aplicarán diversos requisitos por lo que le invitamos a revisar que la misma esté en cumplimiento con todos los requisitos que le apliquen según sea su caso.

As any other business in the Island , these activities require several permits in order to offer their services in compliance with applicable Laws and Regulations. This assures that clients will get a secure and sustainable and legal experience.. In the case of the operation of these boats in local waters these are subject to Regulations by the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, the Puerto Rico Tourism Company and the US Coast Guard among others. Depending on the type of boating activities offered in your case different requirements will apply, and we encourage you to check that your business is in compliance with all requirements,.
