LOCAL FREIGHT MEDIUM TRUCKS (CLASS 4 – 7)

The Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DNER) anticipate to award approximately $7.5 millions in Volkswagen Diesel Emission Environmental Mitigation Trust funds. The Vehicle or Engine Replacement Project for local freight medium trucks (Class 4 – 7).  It is a competitive project created to provide funds to private and government entities for the replacement of trucks or truck engines in order to reduce nitrogen oxides (NOx) emission

To present an application:

• Read the Replacement Project Guideline for Action Number 6 and

• Fill the Mitigation Action Application.

Applicants has until November 15, 2020 to summit applications. The could be submitted by e-mail  vwmititrust@jca.pr.gov or postal service to:
