Notes: The meeting registration, registration payment and hotel reservation forms are now open. Registration forms, payments, and hotel reservations must be made by Friday, February 15, 2019. Late registration payment will be available ‘at the door’. Meeting packets will be ready for pick up in the registration area beginning Monday, March 18th, at 2:00 P.M.
