The 48th WSFR Program Coordinators’ Meeting will be held in the Intercontinental San Juan Hotel (see Venue for more information).
To make your reservation, you may use the Group Code “FWS“, or the Group’s Name “48th WSFR Program Coordinators’ Meeting & Training“. To complete your reservation, please have your credit card ready.
There are two options available to make your reservation:

Online reservations:
Please visit www.icssanjuan.com and click to “Book Now” (upper-right button). Please remember to use the Group Code “FWS” to access our special rate.
Notes(!):
- The online reservation system of the hotel is unable to take out the 18% “Hotel Service Fee” from the online reservation (not applicable per our contract; hotel confirmation letter). However, the fee will be deducted before settling your bill.
- Your credit card will be only used to guarantee your reservation, and the card will not be charged until arrival/departure. Free cancellation until 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on Monday March 18, 2019.
- As of now (and until further notice) a 10.62% Government (State and Municipal) Room Tax will be reflected in the rate. We are working with the Government of Puerto Rico to exempt participants from the “room tax”, and will notify all registered participants if the tax exemption is granted. In the meantime, please plan your budget including the room tax.
