RFP 2026-001: Project and Grant Management Services Clarifications and Updates:
The Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DNER) hereby issues the following formal clarifications and amendments to Request for Proposals (RFP) 2026-001: Project and Grant Management Services:
1. Appendices A through M have been added to the official RFP package and are now part of the solicitation documents.
2. The mandatory attendance requirement for the optional pre-proposal meeting scheduled for August 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at DNER Headquarters is hereby eliminated.
3. All interested parties must formally express their intent to participate in the RFP process by submitting an email on September 4, 2026, no later than 4:00 p.m., to: nestor.monserrate@drna.pr.gov with a copy to: crivera@drna.pr.gov
4. The question period is extended until September 4, 2026, no later than 4:00 p.m. All inquiries must be submitted via email to: nestor.monserrate@drna.pr.gov with a copy to: crivera@drna.pr.gov
5. Proposal submissions shall follow all instructions outlined in Section 5 of the RFP, with the following exception: Final proposals must be submitted electronically via email until September 10, 2026, no later than 4:00 p.m., to: nestor.monserrate@drna.pr.gov with a copy to: crivera@drna.pr.gov
